Brisbane Body Corporate Industry Expo – Building Matters Represented.
For the second year in a row, Building Matters Queensland will be contributing to the Community Titles Institute of Queensland‘s Annual Conference. The conference is the educational highlight of the Institute’s activities, and BM will contribute both knowledge and advice as part of the educative process. This year, the conference will be held in Noosa, and will feature approximately 200 Queensland businesses exemplifying specialists in the strata industry, including property managers and body corporates.
CTIQ members have ownership or management interest in some 320,000 properties throughout Queensland falling within around 35,000 different community titles schemes across Queensland. CTIQ is arguably the most influential body in setting the body corporate law reform agenda achieving outcomes to protect both consumers and the profession.
