Building Matters to be at CTIQ Annual Conference
Wendy Moulton, Director of Building Matters Queensland, proudly represented her company recently as part of the Queensland Body Corporate Association‘s (QBCA) Brisbane Body Corporate Industry Expo, held in Noosa, 10-12 March. She provided property owners with valuable information on minimising cost outlays when dealing with builders and defective work, and how to reduce red tape in the Building Services Authority (BSA) process. She promoted the value of communication, and emphasised the importance of all parties involved being committed to the process of dealing with the rectification of works. She also highlighted the need for owners and body corporate to be coordinated in their approach to the builder and explained how her organisational skills and knowledge would help to simplify the building complaint process and provide peace of mind.
